Evergreen Annual Meeting • October 12 – 14, 2023
Good Day Evergreen Family,
The Evergreen 2023 Annual Meeting which will be October 12-14 at Seattle First Baptist this year. If you’re going to need to stay nearby, the Silver Cloud Hotel, only a few blocks from Seattle First is the right venue. You can register for this important event online, or by calling me, Rev. Paul Schneider, at the office at 253-859-2226. Booking information for the Silver Cloud is located below.
You can attend in person or online. In person is $40 per person, and online is $20 per person. You can pay the fees online after registering or by sending a check to us. Our mailing address is Evergreen Association of American Baptist Churches, P.O. Box 1044, Kent, WA 98035-1044). We will accept registration payment onsite as well.

A note from Pastor Mark
I hope that some of you here at Olympia First will make time to attend this year’s Annual Meeting, especially since it is being held in Seattle. If you have never attended an Evergreen sponsored and/or hosted event, this meeting will introduce you to the overall Evergreen church family and give you a taste of our diversity as well as the different ministries and mission endeavors we are engaged with locally and globally. It would be really cool to have a nice contingent from Oly First there.
